“Casting a ballot isn’t just something you do for yourself- it is for our collective future”. They help share student ideas, interests and concerns with the school wide community.
Students who participate in student councils, under the supervision of a teacher or administrator, learn about the democratic process, civic responsibility, leadership, problem solving, and teamwork. The elections are held in a very transparent manner with only the students voting for their desired candidate. Each student gets to vote for a candidate running for a specific post.
